1.1-    Recording Normal In/Out Times

 

1- From DPME program bar click on Add/Edit then Employee In/Out

                                             

2- Select the Date  from the date selection control

3- Select Normal In/Out from the selection period type control

4- Select In Time then Type your In time at hh:mm AM/PM format (Common Error)

5- Press the Add button to record the In Time

6- Now you can close the form and continue your work until you want to record your out time

7- To record your out time open the form again as step No.1 then make sure to select the previous recorded In time (you can ignore it if there are only one ) (Common Error)

8- Select Out Time then input your out time at hh:mm AM/PM format then click on Edit button

9- Now you finished, you can see that depends on your selection the program calculate your lost time, holidays and working time at the left of the form.
