:: Estimating :

 

No one wants to discover halfway through a project that they are $1 million over budget.  DPME's experienced estimators avoid this danger by determining the actual costs of your project with much greater accuracy, eliminating project failure due to poor estimates.

Our estimators employ the Extended version of the popular Timberline Precision™ estimating package.  In fact, this package was recently selected for use by one of the largest construction companies in the United States -- yet DPME has been using it for years.

 
 
     
 
:: Scheduling :
   

No one needs to be told how important the schedule is, but who knows which dependency path is the critical one? 

We do!  Our project managers use the premium Primavera Project Planner (P3®) Scheduling Platform.  This advanced package schedules and tracks each task in the project, taking into account lead-times and multiple subtask interdependencies, then automatically determining which tasks are on the critical path (the red bars in the photo). 

When tasks slip or are completed, P3 updates the schedule and makes any necessary adjustments in all the other tasks, helping DPME keep your project on track and on time

 
 
     
 
:: Scheduling :
   

Accounting makes sure that all the money ends up where it should be, at the right time.  We use Timberline Gold™ as our accounting platform, for Job Costing, Accounts Payable and Payroll.

 
 
     
 
:: Document Control :
   

We use Primavera's Expedition® for document tracking, to help manage every item shipped, every order, every plan and every modification by the architect. Each one is logged in our Document Control system. 

This allows us to track what was ordered; how many arrived and quickly locate needed details to pinpoint and solve problems before they unduly impact your project.

These systems save money and time -- while they are complex and expensive, their proper use pays off many times over in getting the job done quickly, efficiently and within budget.  Without them, a single missed detail or schedule slip-up could be quite costly.
